How to Troubleshoot & Replace Samsung AP4204358 / DC62-00156A Washer Tub Seal

Replaced spider arm assembly, spider bolts, rear tub seal, tub seal and hanger springs 

I watched appliance parts pro video that told me what to look for and how to fix it. 

I changed the parts out myself. Although it was quite a bit of work the how to video was very helpful and made it easy. Ordering and identifying parts online was easy. They confirmed my order by email. Delivery was fast and ahead of schedule. The entire process was great. I would recommend your company to anyone. 

Replaced wave washer and rubber gasket plus tub seal - appliance parts pro videos are excellent and so is their parts department ( it probable took me 8 hours to repair my washer ) my experience was excellent with appliance pro!!! 

Replaced it with a new one. I wasn't sure of how to even get into the machine, but you video was very helpful with step by step instructions. I went back to it several times 

Found metal fragments in the filter of my Samsung Front-Load washing machine (3-yrs old). This was after I noticed that the basket was unbalanced during spin and would spin-up and spin-down endlessly. Followed procedure from 2-videos (replace Assy Flange Shaft; replace rear tub seal). Performed repair, and the machine works as well as it did when it was new. Used the opportunity to replace the rear tub seal and Tub Seal. Also, cleaned the inner and outer tubs. After having to completely disassemble and reassemble my washing machine, I get great personal satisfaction and confidence knowing that I ordered the correct parts and completed the job, and saved a lot of money! You folks are AWESOME!! 

Replaced the rear seal and the tub seal and the flange shaft assembly. 

The videos show you exactly what to do. I'm quite handy so I had no doubts about tackling this repair myself. For folks who own tools, I see no reason why anyone couldn't do this repair themselves. The most difficult part of the repair was removing the outer/inner tub. I was able to remove it myself but a word of caution. If you have someone who can help you, don't hesitate to ask for their help! I've read online that this is such an expensive repair for those who cannot repair it themselves, they end up just buying a new machine. Kudos to AppliancePartsPro.com for having the parts and making the videos.
