On 1-20-2021, just days ago, I looked up the parts for repair of the top rack of my KitchenAid dishwasher. Because the photos looked different than my existing hardware, I asked a question via email. I got an instant response telling me the new parts would be compatible. Though I was skeptical -- not to mention insecure about installing them -- I ordered. ONE DAY LATER, UPS brought me the parts. This morning, watching Simon's excellent video (several times), I installed them successfully. This is unbelievably excellent, unexcelled customer service. I'm sure I saved at least $200.00 and probably a week of inconvenience over the cost of an appliance repair service. I can't thank you enough.
