How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP3119063 / 80040 Washer Agitator Dogs

I watch your video made it very easy to find the problem and replace the pump. I also replaced drain houses .it only took less than one hour. I saved 300.00 dollars. thank you for advice and videos. 

I watched the video and after removing power from the washer, I took off the fabric dispenser on top of the agitator. The I had to pry off the cap with a screw driver. After that i used a 7/16" socket and extension to remove the top agitator. once that is done the plastic ring comes off and the agitator dogs are replaced and the machine is put back together in the reverse process. he video made it easy to follow. Thank you. 

So happy I fixed my washing machine by myself! I thought I was going to have to buy a new washing machine, but I fixed it for about $9, and 10 minutes!! The video on this site was great, and so was customer service. Will recommend and use again. Thank you! 

Replaced top part of agitator and agitator dogs. Repair video very helpful. 

I originally just ordered the agitator dogs but later discovered I needed a new agitator as well and ordered that from you too. Simple fix. All taken care of by just opening the lid of the machine and removing the old (bottom) agitator, replacing it with a new one and installing the agitator dogs. I must add that the service provided by your company is impeccable. The videos showing step by step instructions are outstanding as well as the ease of ordering parts. The delivery time is phenomenal. I no sooner ordered a part and it was here in just a little longer than one (1) day! Keep up the excellent work...it's so refreshing at a time when outstanding customer service has all but taken a back seat going forward. 

Easy fix. Took more time to clean the darn thing .Once I saw how dirty the outer tub was. The parts were a perfect fit! 

I removed the screw from the agitator and removed the plastic piece. I replaced the agitator dogs and put it back together. It was easy peasy 

Replaced drive clutch kit and agitator dogs spline on pulley worn out just after 4 years sure dont make them to last no matter what they cost also replaced drive belt 

Just replaced the agitator dogs. The ones in it was completely broken 

Watched the video of the repair, ordered the parts, installed same and completed the repair.
