How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6238143 / W11106747 Bellow

Replaced the door seal with the help of the video. It went very well and the video really helped The outer retaining ring was difficult to get on without making rhe door seal slip out of place but I got it eventually

My husband and I watched and followed, step by step, the video your company provided for installing the bellow. We were able to install the bellow as directed. I think we can put washing machine repair couple on our resume now, as least when it comes to the bellow. 

Watched the AppliancePartsPros.com video. Excellent DIY video on Youtube. It was well worth disassembling the machine. Trying to replace the bellow without doing so would have been a bear. The job turned out to be straightforward and quite easy. The toughest part was getting the front spring clamp back on. Needed to enlist my wife for an extra pair of hands. All-in-all, very pleased with the instructional video, speedy delivery of the right part, and results. Will definitely start here the next time I have a repair issue with an appliance.

The replacement part from AppliancePartsPros.com was a new and exact match. The video was extremely helpful in showing exactly the right steps to perform the installation. This was not the cheapest replacement part I found online, but I was willing to spend the extra money for quality and this level of product support. 

Replaced bellows 

Replaced the bellow with the replacement from AppliancePartPros.com. Followed the super easy video provided on the page and it went smoothly! Only thing that was slightly complicated was getting the outside ring with the spring to go around the bellow without unseating it from the machine. This is absolutely NOT a complaint about the product delivered or the service; just a dexterity issue! 

I replaced the Bellow per the video instructions from your website. 

New boot was needed as some holes in the original was forming at the base near the drain ports. Bought an alternative cheaper boot initially that did not have the inner lip seal. Clothes were getting torn by rubbing against the plastic lip around the drum. Ultimately, the clothes being tossed around in the gap caused the cheaper boot to fail and break away from the drum. Don’t buy cheap replacement parts. This original part from Whirlpool works fantastic!
