After doing some on line research I isolated the problem to the Blower Motor. The replacement is very easy. First remove the upwirght trim on the face of the oven, one screw on each and are located on the inside of the oven when the door is open. Next, remove the two cabinet screws that hold the oven to the cabinet. Lastly, remove the lower trim from the oven, two screws. Next, cut the power off to the oven and slide the oven out, this will take two people and have a surface ready to set the oven on.Next, remove the sheet metal top of the oven, it's in two pieces and then the back of the oven, all are secured with screws. Once you have the top and back off, you will see the blower motor. To make sure this was my problem part, I reset the breaker and turned the oven on for a moment to see the blower motor wasn't working. I then shut the power back off and started to remove the old blower unit. Remove the foam strip off the blower motor as it reveals two screws that need to be removed in order to free the blower for removal. Disconnet the two lead wires and remove the old blower. Reverse the steps outlined and your on the way to a quiet and efficent oven. I wished I would have done a video of the project so as to take the fear out of tackling this project.
