How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6010191 / WP660579 Oven Broil Element

Ordered a new one-Fast shipping 

I replaced the broiler element with the new one I ordered from you. 

Ordered replacement oven, broil and light bulb from AppliancePartsPros when parts were received. Installed. New bake and broil elements using a phillips screw driver. There are 2 screws securing each of the heating elements. It was very easy to replace the elements. 

Replaced the element with a new part ordered from AppliancePartsPros.com. 

Followed your "how to" video. Gave complete step by step instructions. 

Removed and replaced element. 

Replaced lower rack very easy after watching the video that easily explained how to snap the sliding wheels to the new rack. 

Ordered parts and replaced--works great now. Needed screwdrivers and a 3/8 air impact to get screws loose. Had to wrap plastic ties to keep wires from falling thru holes so I could rehook new coils. Rear holddowns removeable to put on new coils. 

When I pulled the element out, the wires fell off behind the oven. I had to shut off the breaker, disconnect the wiring in the junction box, pull the oven out of the wall, and remove the back panel to access the wires. It was a good thing this happened because one of the element wires had melted insulation about three inches from the connection. I cut the bad portion of wire, and added another piece and then reassembled the unit. 

The part arrived in two days and stove is repaired. Completely satisfied. Would order from you again. Video was helpful.
