How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6014920 / WPW10082853 Tine Row Pivot

I am relatively inept as handymen go. The ease of identifying the needed parts, and the quick delivery to my home, gave me courage to tackle the job! The video I watched guided me through a successful installation. I would certainly say that I am empowered to tackle similar repairs in the future! 

I found the right part on your website and watched the video on how to install the pivots. You guys made the process simple and easy! 

Bought the clip, clipped it onto the rack. Took 30 seconds 

The replacement part fit and worked fine. 

Ordered another clip with assistance from one of your employees. There was still one existing clip on the tines. After looking at how it was attached. I added the new clip. Instant fix! 

The good news was it is a new dishwasher and you had the part. It was super easy to put in - no tools. 

Replacement parts for the top rack. There were no instructions at all. I did Google the replacement part number and found a few YouTube tutorials on it. After that it was pretty easy. I recommend a flat head screw driver to pry the old plastic parts apart from each other. A link to a tutorial or a single page of instructions would have been way better. 

Original rollers broke off. I ordered & installed the entire adjuster rack. You have to be very mechanically inclined not only to remove the old one but also to install the new adjuster with no directions. 1st side took about 15 minutes to figure out but the second side went very quickly. Entire job took about 30 minutes to remove & install.

My husband put the 2 parts on and it fixed it. But needed to order another part he forgot to order.
