AppliancePartsPros.com had the best price and helpful advice (I called), and well-made videos to show exactly how to make the repair - which, in my case was to replace the circuit board. The fellow in the video was slow enough to follow, and gave detailed instructions. I appreciated the advice to take a photo of the old circuit board before removing the wires, because the new one had changed a bit on one side and the plugins were located in a slightly different position. I already had the 2 tools needed for this repair. (YEA!) The online order arrived in 3 days. It was well-packaged to prevent damage in shipment. I followed the video instructions. SNEAKY THING NOT TO MISS - The board and plastic container are held in place with a single screw on the left-hand side. If you’re trying to slide out the container and it won’t budge (like I was), don’t miss that slightly hidden screw. Remove it and then things will slide out with little to no resistance. Read More... Removed wire connectors from damaged circuit board. Removed and replaced circuit board. Repaired damaged circuit board wire connectors. Re-connect wires to circuit board. Replaced top to dryer. Quick maintenance to dryer vent to remove lint. Plugged back into power. Return to service. Read More...
