Determined that it was the rear and front rollers should be replaced (4) and also purchased a new pully that the belt rides on before it wraps around the drum. Determined that the belt had come off the drive motor and the motor safety swith was not being engaged, thus the reason why the start button was not starting the dryer. So i replaced the tensioner pully (1) and (4) rollers, just to be safe and using the same belt (no ware) shown, and put the dryer back together and it started right up. My wife thought she had a new dryer, works great again.
