I told her to hold off on major purchase let me see if I can find the part on the Internet. It took me less than one minute to find the part on your website. The part arrived in two days. I watched the video prior to installing the part. It took me all of two minutes it took the old part out but the new part / coil in. I am a 53 year old female my occupation is Hospital Administrator with no handy man experience, if I should do it any one can. It would be nice if new screws would be supplied with the new element.
