How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6019197 / WPW10308477 Oven Bake Element

Per your videos. Ordered and replaced the items we purchased. 

Replaced the bulb, turned off the power to the stove, removed the two screws to the element, unhooked the element, and then replaced with the new one following the previous steps in reverse order. Took 10 minutes total. Worked perfectly. Unfortunately I could now see all the burned, no charred, food and oils in the oven...so I took 35 minutes to clean it up. 

Replaced the OEM bake element with one purchased from AppliancePartsPros.com. 

Replaced heating element and set oven to 350 degrees for twenty minutes. Oven heated up during pre heat stage beeping when 350 degrees was set and stayed at that temperature. Oven didn't do that previously and would only stay in pre heat mode with little to no heat. Just saved $800 from buying a new stove, thank you. 

Bought the replacement.part. Turned off the power. Removed the two screws on coverplate in back of oven, and disconnected old burned-out bake element . Connected new element. Replaced both sets of screws, tested oven. Total time ~ 20 minutes. 

Replaced it with new one. 

Replaced the bake element and everything worked great. 

I replaced the baking element as demonstrated in the video. 

Replaced the bake element in oven. Very simple to do. Ordered it Saturday afternoon and it was shipped on Monday and I got it at 1;50 pm on Tuesday. By 2:15 had it replaced.! 

Put on a new one!!
