Found your website and ordered parts easily. Loved the how-to videos, by the way. My husband easily installed the heating elements and Pumpkin Pie was a success. Thanks for your fast delivery. Told my husband, " this is the first company that delivered when they promised...2-days" 

Found Appliancepartspros.com, entered my model number. Ordered it off of here and away I went. Took a total of 20 minutes taking old one out and putting new one in. Video was also helpful even though I had plenty of lead length to attach new element. 

Ordered the part from you guys - you were awesome - had the part the next day. Watched your "how to fix" video and boom it was done in less than 20 minutes. THANKS 

Replaced the heating coil. I did an online chat with a knowledgeable representative who told me what part I needed. Ordered part, received it next day with standard ground shipping. I watched a video they had online and in fifteen minutes had this thing replaced. This placed is truly the best!! Thank you! 

Fixed my self ordering part on line saved me about $20.00. 

Just watch the video for replacing the element and follow those instructions. I was working on the lower of the double ovens so I took the door off so it was easier to work on. The hardest part was getting the door back on. 

TOOK OUT FIVE SCREWS AND REPLACED IT IN ABOUT 10 MINUTES 

I purchased a replacement broiler element and attached it to the oven. I had been putting it off for a year because I thought it would be an expensive repair. But, when I was having my heater looked at the repair-person took a look at the oven. He detached the coil, which was simple and then used a monitor to test the coil and said that it was the problem. So, I got on line and ordered the coil which, was inexpensive and arrived two days later. Thanks AppliancePartsPros!
