How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005524 / WP12656105 End Cap, Pantry (Lh)

The parts arrived in two days. I then followed your step by step video tutorials showing the repairs, they were great. They were clear, concise and well produced. It made the repair a snap. Thanks so very much. 

First, identifying the part and ordering it was incredibly easy on the web site. I'm fairly handy with repairs so just a quick review of the repair steps was all that I needed. The part arrived a day earlier than promised. The repair took less than 15 minutes, just as the previous instructions said that it would. Overall, just a great experience, would do it again in a heartbeat. BTW, the quality of the part was that of original equipment. 

Swapped out the broken pieces with the parts I ordered. Everything fit perfectly, it was an easy fix! I did use a hexagonal bolt attachment on my screwdriver, which made things much easier than using needle-nose pliers. 

Watched the repair video, ordered the part and installed part when it arrived. Video was very helpful. 

Removed broken part and replaced with Appliance Parts Pro sourced part. No problems whatsoever. The APP videos are great. 

Replaced the side panels. 

I gave part to my granddaughters husband, and he fixed it. 

Replaced the side rail 

After taking out the drawers and lower shelf, the left pantry drawer support was removed by unscrewing three hex head screws with a socket wrench. The slider attached to the old part was then removed with a screwdriver and reattached to the new support. The new support was installed with the three hex head screws and the shelving and drawers were put back in place. The pantry door was replaced on the pins by carefully spreading the pins apart with slight pressure. 

Ordered new piece
