How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005524 / WP12656105 End Cap, Pantry (Lh)

Very simple. I had replaced the right side (due to broken tab) previously and it was somewhat involved, yet still straightforward after watching the installation video. The left side (the side whose tab broke this time - my wife and I still debate who broke it) was a piece of cake. I really appreciate the installation videos, even though this was simple, the video reinforced the procedure. Thank you! 

I removed the drawer, drawer cover, glass shelf, drawer slide and old end cap. I cleaned all the parts, replaced the end cap and reassembled everything. 

Replaced drawer support. 

Ordered the correct replacement part from your website. Removed 2 screws on old support and 2 screws on track and installed the new part. Superfast part delivery, thanks, great price, saved my customer a bunch. Unfortunately the part was loose in the box. the box was crushed in shipping and one of three screw mounting spacers on the backside broke off. I epoxied it back in place. When installing the part I discovered that the factory used only TWO screws so it wouldn't have mattered anyway, SCORE! No harm no foul. NOTE TO SHIPPING DEPT: Maybe packing material when box is bigger than the part. 

Looked up the damaged parts on appliance parts pros website. Called the support number to verify I was ordering the correct parts. The parts came in two days. I reviewed the videos before starting. I’ve been removed the damaged parts. I cleaned up the damaged area and replaced the damaged parts with parts ordered. Appliance Parts Pros guidance made it easy and saved us $$. Thanks! 

By following the video on the website, it was an easy fix! If I had only know and done it years ago... 

Ordered replacement side support and installed per video instructions. 

Replaced pantry door support on the left side. A very easy install. It actually took longer removing and cleaning and replacing the adjoining trays and glass than it took to replace the support. An easy 5-minute fix as your video stated! Thanks. 

Ordered parts from Appliance Parts Pros.com. I could not have done this very easy fix without the videos. It is the little things that I do not know that could have resulted in disaster. Thanks for your help!! 

Well, I've had to send back the part I ordered because I failed to see the lower section of the order form where you can plug in the appliance Model # to confirm it will fit! So you guessed it, it didn't fit! It was too small so I've processed the return information and have put it in the mail today, 11.26.19. However, I have ordered the correct parts and will let you guys know when we get that replaced in the appliance. I felt very confident with the previous order part even though it wasn't correct that I went on and ordered parts for my own appliance. I can't wait to receive those so our refrigerator will be better equipped for our needs.
