How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6005519 / WP12656018 End Cap, Pantry (Rh)

It was very easy to do because of the great video how-to provided by AppliancePartsPros.com. It would have been much harder to figure out the steps without the step-by-step video. 

Installed new pantry drawer support. Used AppliancepartsPros video and easily completed successfully. Matt's video instruction is excellent! 

The pivot for the door on the panty door had broken off, and 3 tries with diffrent adhesives failed to fix it miserably. I elected to replace the entire pantry drawer support on that side. After watching an instructional video on YouTube, the entire process of removing and replacing the support took less than 10 minutes! It now works perfectly, again! 

I removed the shelving from the refrigerator, and replaced the right pantry drawer support. Relatively easy to do, although the drawer humidity control takes patience to remove from the broken support and replace in the new support. I had previously replaced the left support which was easier because it does not have the humidity control. 

We replaced the drawer support. 

Removed 5 hex head screws and cabinet slider. Removed manual temp adjuster and panel. Took attention on replacing temp adjustment to the panel and remounted. Ordered the part and received it the next day. ?? 

Ordered new. 

Watched the video provided on the website. Took less than 20 minutes to install, perfect fit. Great company, has a customer for life!! 

This is more about the excellent customer service. I initially ordered the part from another appliance repair site back in April 2021. The shipping date of 2 weeks came and went without a call from them. I called and someone said it's on backorder and would take 3 months. I called again at the beginning of August and they said the part was still on backorder and the delivery window would now be October to February 2022. WTF! All this to say I was fed up with them and got a refund and found Appliance Parts Pros. I ordered the part and it showed up in 5 days!!! Outstanding customer service and I highly recommend them. I haven't installed it yet but from what I see it will be easy.....3 screws. Sincerely A Very Happy Customer.
