Kenmore Elite HE3 Electric dryer (110.84821300). Tested the thermal fuses, heating element, and the thermostat with an ohm meter. Heating element had resistance but was below 10 Ohms. One of the thermal fuses was completely blown (no signal with my multimeter). Replaced the thermostat, thermal fuse, and the heating element. The heating element was simple: remove the heat shield (two screws), unplug the wires from the element and remove one screw. It just slides out from the housing and you can slide the new one in (may have to wiggle it a little bit). The fuse and thermostat were easy but just be patient since they are in a small space. You will need a SMALL socket wrench and a 1/4 inch socket attachment (all of the sheet metal screws are that size). You may also need a short extension for the socket. Dryer seems to work fine now.
