I am very pleased with the purchase experience. I got the part in 2 days after ordering, so. I only had to hand wash my dishes for a total of 3 days. :)
As for the repair, it was easy to replace the hose. Just use pliers to hold the clamps and make sure you place them correctly on the rubber connector. My husband tilted the dishwasher back so I could reach the bottom. Have some towels ready because some water will leak from the bottom once you detach the old hose.
The only challenging part was to detach the old hose from the bracket where it loops around the side of the dishwasher, and then attach the new one. At first, I didn't realize you have to untighten the bracket from inside the dishwasher (on the left wall) by unscrewing it and then make sure to tighten it, otherwise water will leak through the side wall when you turn on the dishwasher. There was nothing on the dishwasher manual about how to untighten the bracket - probably because it comes factory installed and the hose is usually replaced by a technician. But it was too easy a job to pay someone to do it for me.
After replacing the hose, make sure to place it so that it does not rub against the door spring. The hook from the spring is sharp and will puncture a hole on the hose.
