Robert J Santa Maria , CA February 13, 2024 Appliance: Model 5.3 CU FR WHIRLPOOL WASHER My significant other broke the glass lid on our Whirlpool washer. Bought a new genuine Whirlpool lid for our Whirlpool 5.3 cu ft washer. The repair video was very helpful, 4 screws and it was off. I should have also ordered the hinges for the lid, they were getting rusty, but I cleaned them off with a grinder and used some silicone grease (die-electric grease) to hopefully keep the corrosion away.
