I've just had my fifth or sixth interaction with Appliance Parts Pro, which has become, for me, one of the most valuable and satisfying companies on the web. I'm retired from an office job, was never in the trades or especially skilled with tools, but I like to pinch a penny and I enjoy a bit of tinkering. There are few things more rewarding to me than executing a successful appliance repair on my own. It's a good thing, too, as skilled appliance-repair technicians seem to be in short supply; they're hard to schedule and expensive to hire. Thanks to Appliance Parts Pro, I've changed out timers, thermostats, and switches on laundry appliances, and an evaporator motor on a fridge.
My most recent repair project involved putting a new motor and drive belt on a 20-year-old Maytag top-loading washer. Appliance Parts Pro had the exact OEM parts I needed, clear instructions, and a detailed step-by-step video to guide the project. The parts arrived within a day or two, and with my young grandsons as assistants--one to hand me tools, the other to man the video playback--it was the work of less than an hour to make the fix and be back up and running. We all three had a great experience.
Great company, great service, and one of my favorite outfits to deal with. Don't ever change, APP.
