Since you have to remove all parts from seal, replaced all rubber seals that I could. Everything was aged, so why not while your under unit anyway. Replaced diverter motor also since water was dripping onto it. I used o ring grease instead of water, to help installing. WATCH the videos!!! Step by step and very helpful. Jeremy B Kirkland , WA March 30, 2024 Appliance: KitchenAid Dishwasher KDTE404DSP0 Leak coming out of bottom of the dishwasher directly below the center of the basin I used the diagrams on appliancepartspros.com to identify the part at the location of the leak, which turned out to be the diverter motor. I watched the video on the product page that describes that part. Based on the video it seemed like a repair that I could do myself, so I ordered the part. Several days later the part arrived and my son and I were able to perform the same steps described in the video and, voila, the leak is gone! My dishwasher is slightly different than the one in the video but close enough that the steps were pretty much the same. The repair took us about an hour, but saved me hundreds of dollars.
