How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP5650269 / W10536347 Washer Drain Pump

Replace both parts this is the second time that I use your company and I have had very good results. Very helpful to be sure that I had the right parts and turn around time was very fast. Your staff is very helpful. Thank you very much. 

Followed the instructions in the video and the repair went smoothly. We couldn't tip our washer forward so we tipped it towards the left side, resting against the dryer, and put a sturdy support under the washer so it couldn't fall on us while replacing the pump. 

Replaced drain pump and hose . 

Easily replaced the pump and affixed it to washer with three screws and reconnected the two hoses and electrical unit. 

I ordered the replacement pump at about 4:00 PM and requested 2-day shipping. The pump arrived the next day at about 2:00 PM. Less that 24 hours. Excellent! The pump replacement went flawlessly. It took more time to vacuum out the standing water than to replace the pump. 

Bought a new drain pump from you guys when it came in it took a whole 30 minutes and we were washing clothes 

I purchased a new pump from Appliance PartPros and replaced the pump. The hardest part was working with the hose clamps in very small areas. It worked great when I was done. 

Received new pump in 2 days. Watched repair guide video and I had the new pump installed in 15 minutes. Easy fix. Whirlpool Cabrio Washer 

Watched video and followed procedure shown. I did use the Styrofoam "hat" to keep the tube from banging when I laid washer on front. Noticed vibration and pulsing sensation on startup test. Mounting brackets changed from original, thought I might have unevenly tightened or over tightened mounting screws. Removed pump, reinstalled tried to tighten screws uniformly. Vibration pretty much gone. Pulsing sensation still there, due to pump starving since a timer keeps the pump on for a short while after the tub is drained. The new pump has three impeller vanes instead of four like the original. The casing also slightly smaller. Motor RPM probably higher. Pump seems stronger pumper than original. 

After removing the drum and cleaning it worked for a week or so. Then no matter what I tried it would not drain or spin. I ran auto diagnostics and confirmed the f32 code. Was a quiet hum, and would not move past 15 minutes remaining. I replaced the drain pump, and voila, we're back in action. The installation video was very helpful.
