Thanks to AppliancePartsPros.com youtube video. The repair went smoothly. First, the center crisper rail was an easy fix. Just removed the broken piece and placed the new one in. The refrigerator drain tube was a bit challenging because of working space. But removing the old part and the placing the new one was easy. Tools I used was, lots of towels, a bucket to collect ice, an electric fan (don’t want to use a heat gun cause I might damage the freezer interior), a socket wrench. Its been more than 24hrs. and the freezer looks brand new! Just saved $$$$!
