One of the crisper pans was broken and the center rail.

Went on your site and entered the model number. Looked for the bins and the center rail. Very easy. You had just what I needed.

The bar between crisper drawers failed.

The center crisper rail broke off at both ends. I couldn't understand how to install the replacement part.

I watched the video, linked from this email survey (thank you!.) The instructions were simple and straightforward, video view was clear. From then on, repair was easy---and I have little mechanical experience. The part and its installation are well designed for do it yourselfers.
