Removed the front of the dryer, took off the belt and removed the drum , used a pipe wrench to free up the idler pulley, sanded off the pulley post, and replaced pulley. While I was at it, I replaced the felt drum seal. By the way, the adhesive that comes with it is super, I'm keeping it to use on other things.
