I ordered the felt drum seal through this site, and also ordered the support rollers as my dryer was making quite a bit of noise. When I tore it apart I noticed right away that one of the rollers had not been rolling and had a flat spot worn right down to the plastic wheel. Replacing everything was pretty straight forward. The felt liner was a challenge and as previously stated by others, the best way was to glue a bit at a time and add clamps as you work your way around the barrel.
