Shelia H Ashland , KY May 23, 2016 The spin cycle sounded as though it was gping to shake the washer apart it needed new shocks My husband watched your video online and we ordered new shocks one afternoon and they arrived the next morning (We couldn't believe it). Following the directions of the video, it maybe took an hour to 1 1/2 hours and the parts were on. The washer now is very quiet. Thank you so much. We saved a ton of money also. Steve Y Sewell , NJ May 11, 2015 F06 error code I researched the error code and found a video explaining how to fix the error. When I opened up my washer to begin an inspection I noticed my washer drum was disconnected from the struts which allowed the mother board to become dislodged. As a result there was a severed wire on the wire harness from the mother board to the motor. I ordered the part I needed after talking to Brent via online chat messaging. The part arrived the next day and it was easy to replace. My wife would have wanted to buy a whole new washer...so I saved a few hundred dollars by ordering a part through AppliancePartPro.com Read More... 2 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes Tools: Screwdrivers, Socket Set
