Followed the repair video and it showed exactly what I had to do. I replaced both balance springs. I replaced both door balance link kits. The door balance link kit included cord links and guide pulleys for both sides. The balance springs come separately. I had to order two springs to replace both sides. The springs I replaced looked okay, but since I was replacing the cord links and pulleys, I went ahead and installed new springs. Before the repair, the dishwasher door would just fall all the way open. After the repair, the door stays exactly where you let go of it.
