I used youtube to diagnose the problem and came to the conclusion, after using a multimeter to check power, and narrow down to hot temp cutoff thermostat. This wasn't the problem, but it was inexpensive. So then I used the AppliancePartsPros.com videos and diagnosed the heat element had failed.
