How to Troubleshoot & Replace Whirlpool AP6016779 / WPW10195623 Upper Dishrack Track

Replaced each 

Replaced the track ordered from APP.com. 

After watching Appliance Parts Pros repair videos on YouTube I ordered the parts and easily made the repair. 

Replaced the entire part 

Replaces several parts. Videos that are available through the site made a huge difference and took all the guesswork out of removing and installing the replacement parts. It would have been far more difficult to complete the repairs and taken much longer without the benefit of the videos 

Replaced both tracks as well as adjusters. Have to say, the replacement adjusters are a much better design/ quality than the original. I used a YouTube video for the repair which was most helpful. Job took 30-45 min. AppliancePartsPros has a great website and equally great service! 

Replaced the upper dishrack track. Removed the plastic clip in the back of the old track. Pulled the old track out of the dishwasher. Put the new track in the dishwasher and then put the old clip into place at the back of the new track. 

Replaced slides and adjusters, super easy 

5 minutes replaced the track and rear stop part. Went smooth 

Parts were easy to find and order. Extremely fast shipping - received the following day. I had a question about installation and customer service online tech center was extremely helpful. Excellent company, product, shipping and customer service! Highly recommend!!
