I moved the washer to the garage as to have plenty of room. I could have installed the bearings and seals without the special tool but it did make it a lot easier. (I would like to sell the installation tool for half the cost to someone who needs to make the same repair.) You do need to let the adhesive set overnight. I had to replace the hot water hose washers. They didn't like being removed after 5+ years. Washer is amazingly quieter. Should have done this months ago.
