I replaced the drum glides and felt strips. Whole process took me about 1 hour including interruptions by the wife and letting the glue dry before re-assembly. While I am mechanical skilled, the repair was straight forward and required minimal skill. Biggest challenge was getting the old felt strips off. Your online video was easy to follow and covered all the steps for the repair. Only suggestion for the video would be to remind people to use the opportunity to clean out all the excess lint. I found a lot in the base of my dryer and I clean the lint filter all the time. One less fire hazard to worry about now.
