Went to your website and watched your video on how to replace the drain pump then ordered a new drain pump. Removed defective pump and installed a new one. Loaded DW and ran a long cycle (99 minutes). The dishwasher drained perfectly. Thanks to your excellent repair video, your website is easy to navigate to find the parts I needed. I will be ordering from you again when I'm ready to repair my display user interface board on my refrigerator. Thanks.
