Replaced the pump and flapper valve. The pump was not working well, but the flapper valve was ok. Video was instrumental in replacing parts quickly. Torx tool was not long enough to remove the third screw from the pump, so I had to first remove the motor next to it. The motor has two o rings that I thought of replacing just in case, but decided they cost too much ($30 each!). Knowing ahead of time, I would buy a longer reaching torx rather than remove the motor so as not to disturb the o rings. If I only had to do the pump and flapper replacement, the job may have taken 10 minutes plus pulling the dishwasher out of the cabinet and fitting it back in. Unfortunately, I also had to do a major clean up of the filter, lower tub area, the air gap, hose and garbage disposal inlet. It took hours.
