Charles D Cotuit , MA September 10, 2019 The dishwasher wasn't emptying the water I thought the pump had failed, so I ordered one and a sump (in case it was deteriorating.) The installation was well documented in your video and aside from my case of a hard copper inlet line, all went well. My troubleshooting should have begun with the end of the discharge line: it was blocked.
