I ordered new parts from AppliancePartsPros, removed the front of the cabinet, and installed a new glide and felt around the drum as well as a new seal around the hot air blower. The new glide and felt balanced the drum so that there is no more ripping and along with the seal on the blower is keeping the hot air in the drum rather than leaking into the cabinet.
