Michal S Harleysville , PA March 31, 2020 Appliance: Model LG DLE5595W LG DLE5595w dryer not heating. My dryer was not producing heat, so I started researching it online. I found this very usefull video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8uAKax9hWvs. After testing, and replacing the hi-limit thermostat, the dryer worked but only one cycle. So after a little bit more digging online, I found another person having to replace all thermostats (hi-limit thermostat, thermostat, and cycling thermostat), and the thermistor. After replacing all of them, the dryer has been working so far. So for the price of just a normal service appointment, and about 1 hour of work, I was able to fix it. This dryer is pretty easy to take apart, and it made this job easier. 4 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
