I looked at the parts list and figured that it could only be the circulation motor because it was draining and filling just fine. Actually aside from the noise, it was working just fine. So to be sure someone else agreed with my assessment I called APP's and spoke to Garret. After a few questions, we agreed it was either the impeller or the motor. So we ordered a new motor, impeller and pump gasket. I was surprised to learn it would be delivered so quickly, So I set out to watch the repair video on the Appliance PartsPros website a couple of times and gathered the few tools recommended for the repair. The parts came in a couple of days and I started to do the repair using the sequence from the video. I was amazed at how accurate the video was at what I was doing. Total time to test run? Under 2 hours... that’s it and a lot of that was getting the cabinet empty before I started. After watching the video I felt like I had done it 50 times before. The only thing the video didn’t address was the leftover water in the sump. I used an old Turkey blaster to suck it out and that worked fine.
