Cleaned off old seal, Gently stretched new seal until it fit over edge of drum. I put it on fold facing drum. Then put the glue on, and let it get tacky. Then carefully unfolded seal so as not to get glue on beltless side of seal. Should have just stretched it and took it off and glued edge of drum and then glued belted side folding felt side over inside edge of drum. But it got done. I did it! It was easy and painless.
