Patrick C Garrison , TX August 11, 2017 Samsung dryer ran but no heat. I looked on You Tube for help. AppliancePartsPros was by far the most helpful with easy to understand repair videos. It looked, to me, to be a faulty thermostat or fuse. The best part of the entire fix was the help I got when I called Appliance Pros. They too thought I was correct but suggested I get the entire heater assembly just in case. I asked if I could return any thing I didn't use and they said "sure". Using their You Tube video, it was easy to get to the heater assembly. I replaced it, assembled the dryer and I was back in business. I was curious about the old heater assembly and took it apart. Sure enough the heating coil was separated. Had I not gotten the good the advice I would have had to order it and my wife would have been very upset, as it is, she has been extra special to me after I fixed it. 1 People found this story helpful Do-It-Yourself Rating: Repair Time Estimate: 30-60 minutes
