Michael T Sammamish , WA July 28, 2020 Washer would finish its complete cycle and there would remain a wet glob of soap in the dispenser cup turned out to be the detergent dispenser was leaking around the seal for the snap down cover. To identify the problem, I put a small coating of Vaseline on the seal face to see if the problem stopped. It did. Since the seal is not sold separately, I had to purchase the complete dispenser unit. The Pro's video on how to replace it was perfect. Simple 30-minute job but don't remove the two screws that hold the latch in place, located at the middle top of the door. They are a different screw from those needed to be removed to remove the door face and gain access to the mounting screws for the dispenser. Also, be careful with/riibbon cables that connect the touch panel to the motherboard. Removing them to set the door face aside makes the job easier....but be careful of them.
