Our washer was making lots of noise during the spin cycle and shifting around in position across the floor at the same time. Unsure exactly what to do, I watched a few videos on appliancepartspros.com. The videos were helpful, and suggested that the suspension springs were stretched/missing or that the suspension pads were worn. The replacement of these parts seemed like reasonable job I could do myself, so I ordered them, which arrived within a couple of days.
What was the outcome? No more noise, and the washer stayed in one place! The problem seems to have been fixed. I would not have known what to do without the videos. Thank you for providing me with the know-how as well as quality parts to do the repair myself. I am grateful that the washer is working again.
