Found detergent tray cracked, then looked at the shock absorbers found to be defective ordered the shocks and detergent tray. total time to repair the two parts approx. 2 hours Ran the machine thru two full cycles and all checked out OK One may need an extra hand to hold the drum down when installing the tray, no clearance unless one pins down the drum for tray to clear, then installed the two shocks , one need the third hand to push the pins for the upper shock bracket , from the rare ,one needs a hand or piece of wood to stop the drum from moving FOWARD received in the shock absorber package one one (1) pin and four (4) 3/8" nuts used the original Thanks again
