Followed the video on the website, PLUS: learned you need some strong clips (or extra hands) to hold felt in place as you stretch last foot of it into place. Also learned you can't ship the glue overnight as it's considered hazardous.
While in there replaced the belt which had a few cracks and the drum rollers. These only took a few extra minutes.
Hardest part was scraping the old belt glue off the drum. Small sharp paint scraper worked best for me.
