Replacing the roller assembly corrected the problem. The key to replacing the roller assembly is elevating the refrigerator high enough to remove the roller assembly. The front wheel assembly replacement (WRXO2X12454) was straightforward and easy to do. Took maybe 30 minutes start to finish. The rear wheel assembly (wheel WRO2X10695 and axle WRO1X10604) that was more involved as the original wheel axle is actually a rivet that you have to cut out. 1. I used a vibrating multitool with a carbide blade to cut the axle out. Had to use a pair of vise grips to hold the rivet to keep it from spinning while cutting it. 2. Sliders broken from lower storage pan (drawer) and one front roller broken from pan cover (frame). Bought new pan and pan cover from Appliance Parts Pros and took 20 minutes to fix. Removed second from bottom drawer to access lower drawer pan cover. Removed old lower drawer followed by lower pan with glass.
