I removed the 7 screws on the bottom of the microwave that held the bottom sheet metal piece. The piece dropped down , exposing the turntable motor. I ordered the parts I needed, the motor and the coupler (which had broken), and when they arrived the next day, I removed the 2 screws which held the motor in place and installed the new motor.
