The plug that the pump plugs into had a pin missing. Replaced pump plug harness. Unit must be disassembled to replace this harness. Great experience with ordering parts online and service from appliance parts pros. Read more

Ordered a new level control sensor probe and installed it. Had to remove a number of screws to get the old one out and insert the new one. They did not look alike so I was a bit worried we had the wrong part but it works great. Now our ice machine fills the bed in to the leveler and stops running until the ice falls below that line.
