The tub in my washer was unbalanced all of the time Linda J. • Beaverton , MI • October 26, 2014
Replaced 4 of the suspension springs with new brackets. I looked up my washer, looked at the diagrams, watched your video which made things a lot easier! Took the washer apart, found the problem, ordered the parts from you and the washer was put back together and working within 3 days! Love your website! This is also the second time we have used your website and were extremely happy both times! Saved us a lot of money!

A bunch of things. Leaking, clutch was slipping and not spinning very well, and the brake was not engaging.. Alan V. • Melrose Park , IL • November 11, 2022
I installed all the necessary parts that I received from you and it works great, now. I received the parts in good time without overnighting them. I had the whole washing machine apart and went through it all before ordering parts. Tear down and assembly was easy. I just took my time. The washer is 17 years old and was well built. It was worth it compared to what is on the market today, and cheaper.

A rotary temperature control switch (ATC) that lets you select and regulate cooking/drying temperature with a simple turn of the knob. Replaces a worn or unresponsive selector to restore reliable temperature selection and control. What it does:

- Directs the control circuit to adjust heat level as you change the dial
- Commonly used when temperature cannot be set, the dial is loose, or heat settings don't change
- Works as the user interface control for the appliance's temperature selection circuit
What's included:
- One rotary temperature control switch (ATC) — exact items included as shipped by the manufacturer
Install notes:
- Disconnect power before servicing to avoid shock or injury
- Use basic hand tools; access may require removing control panel or console
- Verify wiring position before removal and reattach wires to the same terminals

Water temp always changing during fill cycle particularly from cold to hot Joseph L. • Plano , TX • June 25, 2019
First replaced hot/cold solenoids at water inlet. The problem still existed then replaced this temp switch. Appears at this time problem is resolved. The repair was relative very easy once I figured out how to open the rear panel. That was definitely the biggest challenge.....go figure.
