I had the whole washing machine apart and went through it all before ordering parts. Tear down and assembly was easy. I just took my time. The washer is 17 years old and was well built. We pushed a small flat head screwdriver in the timer stem hole and the back of the knob disconnected and was off in seconds.

We replaced the lid hinges with new bushings as this is a very old machine and they were worn out affecting the position of the hinges and thereby affecting the lid switch.
Also replaced the lid switch, which was a breeze with the help of the video.
Thanks to the Covid 19, I was bored and fixed the problem because I had to stay home and do stuff that I was putting off.

Replaced the Washer Motor Coupling for the agitator, and will be replaceing the Bleach Dispenser Hose & the Ring-Tub when it arrives, so that the Bleach Dispenser will be working properly again. All the repair directions videos shows how easy it is to make the repairs yourself.
