Hose for tub to dispenser.
Do-It-Yourself Stories from Customers like You
Musty smell Bjorn V. • Flower Mound , TX • April 29, 2018
I first watched the video showing me how to replace the tub seal. This probably covers everything you need to know about taking apart and putting together this unit. Completely disassembled the washer and power washed the back of the basket around the spider. There was light corrosion on the spider. Cleaned the tub and installed new gasket. Replaced tub to pump hose and discharge hose. Replaced the bellow tub seal and installed new spring. Replaced dispenser to tub hose. Cleaned...

Drain hose retainer keeps the appliance's drain hose securely fastened to the cabinet or pump, helping prevent the hose from slipping loose. Replacing a broken retainer reduces leaks and improper draining caused by a detached hose. What it does:
- Secures the drain hose to the cabinet, pump outlet, or drain connection to maintain correct hose positioning.
- Helps prevent water leaks and hose disconnection during drain cycles.
- Common symptoms of a failed retainer: visible hose movement, water at the rear or floor, or intermittent draining issues.
- Replaces worn or broken retainers that no longer hold the hose firmly.
What's included: Drain hose retainer Install notes:
- Always disconnect power and turn off water before servicing the appliance.
- Access may require moving the appliance or removing a rear/access panel to reach the hose retainer.
- Seat the drain hose fully in its proper position, snap or clip the retainer into place, and verify the hose is secure and not kinked.
- Inspect the drain hose for cracks or wear while replacing the retainer; replace the hose if damaged.

Rear outer tub inner bearing and seal went out Timothy H. • Vacaville , CA • March 05, 2016
This repair went exactly as the video described. The video made it unbelievably easy. Took about 2.5 hours only because I scrubbed and cleaned all hoses and pars in and out. Our washer is 12 years old and had some build up.
Seriously don't shy away, this was $250 with a new belt. Compared to a new front loader $1200-$1500, repairs the way to go.
My only scare or concern was that the inner basket spider was rotten (galvanic corrosion (dissimilar metals) however it was just dirty.

Power cord shorted out Carolyn G. • Indianapolis , IN • December 01, 2023
Called repairman, he found power cord had been stuffed inside machine (!) so drum rotation had torn coverings of cord until exposed wires shorted out. Repair cost would be nearly $300. The new cord from you - less than $60 - arrived in a few days. I replaced it in mere minutes. My washer is once again a busy bee. Delighted with your swift service.

The "spider assembly" on the inner tube broke from corrosion this caused the inner tub to rub against the outer front tub Paul S. • Rochester , NY • June 23, 2014
The main problem was fixing the inner tub. The "Spider Assembly" is attached with six screws, but the manufacture does not supply this as an individual part. This is good since the manufacture has a lifetime warranty in the inner tub. The manufacture supplied the inner tub. I purchased the outer front tub from Appliance Parts Pro. A fair price and excellent delivery time provided me with a quick up and run time to complete this repair.

The existing bake element was not working light bulb was also burned out. Mike P. • Stone Mountain , GA • December 02, 2017
I simply removed and replaced the bake element and light bulb. The only difficulty I had was working around the open oven door. I relied on the Appliance Parts Pros videos for procedures on how to do this safely and correctly. I would not have attempted this repair without the videos. The only problem I had was the $5 screws ($10 for the two I purchased) were not the same type as the original scews and they did not "grip" the oven wall properly so I had to re-use the original screws which were...
