The tray was an easy fix as I looked up Kenmore Microwave and ordered the replacement. The light bulb was a little trickier as to replace it you must have a special screwdriver that has a 5-pointed bit with a hole in the middle. This is because nothing else is safely serviceable on the microwave. I unplugged the microwave and moved it to my kitchen table to do the work. Take the top vent off by two screws & then one screw on the side & lifted her up and I could see the 3 switches I need to repair. Then unscrewed the housin to the 3 switches. Took the housin out , put the 3 switches in the new housing & put her in & plug them in . And plug the Nucor and she works like new. • Tray won't turn

Determined what the issue was. The shaft on the motor that goes into the rotating ring had become fused together and broke. Ordered a new motor and ring assembly. Replaced both and problem solved. Parts were easy to find and order on your website and arrived in a couple of days. Thank you! Read more
